Terms of Service for American Prestige Construction LLC

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before opting into the SMS service provided by American Prestige Construction LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), DBA as American Prestige Roofing. By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Description

American Prestige Construction LLC provides SMS updates to customers who have opted in through our website forms or booking widgets. These messages include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders for roofing inspections or quotes.

  • Project status updates and customer service communication.

  • Responses to inquiries initiated by the customer (Missed Call Text Back).

2. Age Requirement

By opting into our SMS program, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Our services and SMS communications are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a subscriber is under the age of 18, we will immediately terminate their subscription to our SMS program.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services and the status of your roofing project. You will typically receive messages only as necessary to fulfill your service requests.

4. Opt-Out & Help

  • To Unsubscribe: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

  • To Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@americanprestigeroofing.com.

5. Cost and Carrier Disclaimer

  • As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
