Our first interaction with you is the initial phone call or text requesting an roofing estimate. It is during this conversation that we ask questions about your roofing project. Some of the information that we require is your name, address, and phone number. We will also need to know what type of roof you will be replacing, as well as what you would like to replace it with. Our team will then schedule an in-person roof estimate appointment with you.
The next stage of the process is meeting with one of our roofing experts to go over the project and create an estimate. This appointment will include a complete roof inspection, a presentation of the findings of the inspection, and a discussion of the proposed solutions. You will have an opportunity to view samples of different roofing materials and determine the best options for your roofing project. A final proposal will be given for you to consider.
Once a bid is accepted, we will make all of the arrangements to come and remove the shingles from your old roof. Our crews are specially trained to make sure that no damage is done to your plants, shrubs, decks, or other parts of your home. We will also make sure we clean everything up so you won't even know we've been there. The process typically takes 2 days to complete. One day to clean off the old roof and a second day to install the new roof.
